Our Free To Be Ambassadors

We are so happy to team up with incredible folks in our communities that share the same values we do: Media Literacy and Appreciation for Our Bodies & Our Whole Selves. Please check out our proud ambassadors and what they’re up to below.

Who is a Free To Be Ambassador?

They…
Are a leader in their community
Focus on supporting others in media literacy
Nurture others to have a positive body image
Encourage your community to practice media literacy
Are passionate about giving back

We partner with select folks in our community to spread the word (and the work) of what it means to become Free To Be. Through 3 campaigns per year we're aiming to grow awareness for our program and values we share, while also highlighting positive role models for our community to tune in to. (Like you!)

Interested in becoming a FTB Ambassador, too? Head here to sign up for more information.

Nashina’s been on quest for a while now to get to know herself better. Free To Be has been an interval part of that! Teaching it, living it, sharing it has been an honour. She’s a huge fan of girls nights, book club, and cries at every golden buzzer watching America’s Got Talent! She lives her life in a constant effort to stay in gratitude, curiosity and compassion. She says, “I don’t always nail it, and that’s ok. It’s the cha-cha of life as they say!”.
